Autumn is a time for falling leaves and apple cinnamon candles. And of course, that signature piping hot Pumpkin Spice Latte.
But it’s also the perfect time for boosting immunity! Because when those leaves start turning their vibrant shades of red and orange, it means flu season is right around the corner. And the best part — yummy immune-boosting fruits and veggies (the one’s kiddos will actually eat) are in season!
So let’s *fall* into all things autumn, fruits, and veggies, and see how these guys can boost our kiddo’s immunity!

Apple picking, apple pie, apple scents — autumn really loves its apples! They’re in season during the fall, and considering they’re rich in fiber and packed with bioflavonoids and antioxidants, an apple a day really can keep the doctor away!
