First-Time Order Item 30-day Money-Back Guarantee 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of your first order, please contact us with your Order Number (example: #12345) and we'll promptly guide you through the return/refund process. We ask that you return unopened bottles with the safety seal around the bottle cap fully intact. We’ll happily issue a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Once we receive, process, and approve the return, we'll process a full refund for your order. This guarantee applies to U.S. customers only.

Request a Return 

To submit a return request, please contact us. You'll need the following information to submit your request. 

  • Order Number - Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email.
  • Email Address - You’ll need to provide the email address that was used to place your order.
  • We will ask the reason for the return and ask that you only return unopened bottles with the safety seal around the bottle cap fully intact. We’ll happily issue a prepaid return label at no cost to you. 

All returns must be approved and processed with our company-issued return shipping label to ensure proper tracking and processing of the return. If a customer does not use our company-issued return label and return procedure, their return may not be processed and a refund may not be issued. 

Once we receive, process, and approve the return, we'll then process a refund. 

You can expect your return to be processed within 5 business days of our returns department receiving it. We monitor all returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who may misuse or abuse the policy. 

International Orders 

Please note that orders to Canada are final sales. Due to the costs associated with shipping, customs processing, and transit times, we cannot accept returns. 

Subscriptions 

Subscriptions: We cannot process any returns if you request to cancel your subscription after your order has been shipped out. 

Bundles 

A refund can be issued only if it's a customer's first order. Otherwise, please note that bundles and multi-packs are non-refundable. We can exchange any of the products in the bundle for any other product in our product line within 30 days of having received the order. Please note that product exchanges make the order final sale. 

Discounts 

We can not honor any new discount codes on orders that have already been processed. 

Sample packs 

Sample packs are non-refundable.

If your order was placed through Amazon or another retailer, you will need to contact them directly to inquire about their return/refund procedure.
