Can these be dissolved in water (or possibly other liquids)? My toddler is very picky with solid foods and I can see her spitting it out before it fully dissolves.

Additionally, it is acceptable to chew or crush the product before consumption. Although we advise adhering to the recommended usage, we acknowledge that individual preferences, especially with children, may differ. Some individuals may choose to dissolve the tablets in a preferred drink. While this method may be acceptable. Can you identify what the “natural flavors and colors” are in these picky eater vitamins?

Hello Amber, the natural flavors in our tablets are natural oils derived from fruits that we use for each tablet. Depending on the product, the natural flavor may be a natural cherry extract (Picky Eater Multi), or a natural orange extract (Iron Strong), but it is possible for our natural flavors to contain trace amounts of other fruits and vegetables. What about the sugar alcohol mannitol and xylotol? I heard they are not safe, that they don't digest well and can cause illness.

We certainly understand your thoughts about xylitol, but we would like to clarify that it is a natural sweetener extracted from Non-GMO corn. We can assure you it is healthy to consume in all aspects, and actually is also beneficial to dental health when it dissolves in the mouth. We will likely continue to avoid adding sugar to our EZ Melts, as the EZ Melts product line in its entirety is intended to be zero sugar.
